PIVOT Platform Angle

With this release we will be adding support to the BRIDGE controller for controlling the Pivot's platform angle and provide system feedback through the UI. Users will be able to control the platform by using the right shoulder joystick (left = lower platform, right = raise platform) and the platform can be reset to it's neutral position either through the Pitch Lock button or on controller shutdown. 

Problems solved

The main motivation for the Pivot's platform design is to eliminate the weight placed upon the camera head from attachments, like what is seen on the REV. This way users have more flexibility and capacity for extra attachments. The ability to tilt the platform also allows the users to preform more advanced controls with attachments like sonar and grabber arm.
